This website is operated by Saroha Venture under the brand name WHEYONIC. We specialize in selling imported dietary supplements across India. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our site and services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or make purchases. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All products are described with utmost accuracy. We strive to provide detailed and correct information about ingredients, nutritional values, and usage instructions. However, product packaging and materials may contain different information than displayed on our website due to manufacturer updates.

We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. All weights, measures, and descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience only. For specific dietary requirements or allergies, please consult the product label before consumption.

Orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product information, or problems identified with your payment method.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been processed. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it merely confirms we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.

We currently accept prepaid orders only via secure payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking). All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to ensure the highest level of security for your financial information.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Products are shipped within the estimated delivery time mentioned at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping confirmation, not the date of order placement. We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery across India.

Delays caused by third-party courier services are beyond our control. In case of significant delays, we will assist you in tracking your shipment. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is:

• Damaged on delivery
• Missing items
• Duplicate/fake
• Expired or near expiration

Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and evidence of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if the return is approved, using the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. For hygiene reasons, supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Please ensure you have read our full Return Policy before making a purchase.

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at support@wheyonic.com within 7 days of delivery with clear images and order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the product you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. We cover shipping costs for exchanges caused by our errors. For exchanges requested for other reasons, shipping charges will apply. Exchanged products will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.

You agree not to misuse the website or make false claims. All information provided during order (name, address, contact) must be accurate and complete. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our services.

WHEYONIC is not liable for any health issues arising from misuse of the product. Dietary supplements are intended to supplement the diet and are not medicines. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Our liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
