🔁 Supplements Return Policy: Returns

Our supplements return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery date
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • A complete unboxing video is required (from seal opening to full product view)
  • Return is applicable only under specific circumstances:
  • Product is damaged during transit (dents, leaks, broken seals)
  • Package is missing items shown on packing slip
  • Product is found to be counterfeit or expired
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect flavor/variant
  • Seal is broken or tampered with upon arrival

❌ We cannot accept returns if:

  • The seal is broken or product has been used/tasted
  • The reason is change of mind or ordering the wrong item
  • No unboxing video is provided as proof of condition
  • Product was purchased during a clearance or final sale event
  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery

Why the unboxing video requirement?

This requirement protects both you and us. For supplements, which are consumable products, it's essential to verify the condition at the moment of opening. This documentation helps us identify potential issues in our supply chain and prevents fraudulent return claims that could impact other customers.

💸 Our Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product according to our supplements return policy:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • Bank processing times may add 1-3 additional business days

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Used/opened supplements (even if only sampled)
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or product samples
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
  • Shipping and handling charges (unless the return is our error)

For partial refunds (e.g., if only one item in a bundle is defective), we'll calculate the proportional value based on your original payment. All refund amounts are final once processed.

🔄 Exchange Policy for Supplements

We offer exchanges only for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective (seal broken, product spoiled, etc.)
  • Incorrect item or flavor sent

  • Your order number and contact details
  • Preferred replacement product (subject to availability)

🕒 Exchange window: 7 days from delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Once approved, we'll ship the replacement product within 48 hours. For exchanges due to our error, we'll cover all shipping costs. If the replacement product costs more, we'll invoice you for the difference before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs vary based on the reason for return:

  • Our error (wrong item, damaged product): We provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs
  • Customer-initiated returns (approved cases not our fault): Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
  • International returns: All shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value supplements. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery to our facility.
